Trade shows and key exhibitions, seminars and conferences form an important core of many companies’ sales strategies.  The unexpected cancellation, interruption or curtailment of these events can have a serious impact on enterprises both big and small. World events such as acts of terrorism and natural catastrophes or localised events like floods, snowstorm, venue damage by fire or simply the enforced reduced attendance of delegates by transportation strikes can ruin an event.
