Alastair joined W. R. Berkley Corporation in April 2009 to assist in the syndicate’s launch and to lead it's worldwide commercial property account.
He joined the Syndicate after 14 years at a leading Lloyd’s syndicate where he was responsible for the management and underwriting of their worldwide commercial account, one of the strongest commercial property accounts at Lloyd’s.
Alastair began his career in the Lloyd’s market in 1986, which included an extensive development programme at broking houses in London & New York.
Alastair sits on the Lloyd’s Worldwide Property Business Panel.
