Emma joined the syndicate in March 2010 to establish the syndicate’s exposure modelling and risk management capabilities.

Emma started her career in Property Reinsurance at Lloyd’s in 2001, and later spent time underwriting in Bermuda. After returning to the London Market she transitioned to exposure management in the Lloyd’s  market where she worked in Strategy & Capital Management and was responsible for developing the catastrophe modelling function.

Emma is a Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst and Chartered Insurer, and holds a Masters in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oriel College, Oxford.
