Malcolm is managing the project to create, and gain approval for, the W. R. Berkley Managing Agency, having recently successfully completed a similar project with another insurance group operating at Lloyd's. He has over 25 years' experience as a management consultant and programme/project manager in a variety of industries, and has qualified to Advanced Practitioner level in MSP (Managing Successful Programmes). Before becoming a management consultant, Malcolm worked for over 10 years in the Engineering Industry, having gained a Masters degree in Chemistry from University College, Oxford. He also has a MBA in Finance from the City University Business School (now the Cass Business School).
