Stef comes from a background of Operations and Change in the London Market, Europe and the US.
With over 20 years in the market he brings in depth knowledge from both broking and underwriting disciplines and is responsible for delivering the information, process and technology infrastructure required to support our Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Risk teams.
Originally from a large London Market broker he has spent the last 12 years delivering projects and managing operations teams for some of the largest Managing Agents and global insurers.
